Founded in Beverly Hills, California, by Carina Bukowski,
Full Circle Global helps brands grow across borders by combining sharp strategy with cultural fluency and an instinct for what works in the real world.
Born and raised in Germany, Carina has always had a deep understanding of the country’s pace, values, and cultural codes. That knowledge later became the foundation for global expansion strategies that truly resonate.
The idea for Full Circle Global didn’t happen overnight.
It started at the young age of 23, when Carina first landed in Los Angeles for a music internship. At the time, she couldn’t explain why the city pulled her in so strongly. But something about it felt bigger - like the beginning of something that hadn’t fully revealed itself yet.
What followed was a career spanning continents, industries, and cultures.
Carina began in the music industry,
shaping artist marketing and touring with names like Nelly. She later launched her own consulting business in Germany, helping international brands enter the German market with precision, authenticity, and cultural depth.
Over the past six years, she has been the force behind global expansion strategies
for tech unicorns, publicly listed corporates, fashion powerhouses, beauty leaders, record labels, and sports and wellness empires. She has built the strategies that turned market entries into a real and lasting presence. While their industries, products, and ambitions varied, the challenge was always the same. They didn’t fully understand the German market - its people, its pace, its values. What they needed wasn’t translation. It was a transformation.
Launching Full Circle Global in Beverly Hills wasn’t just the next chapter. It brought everything full circle. The city where the spark first started is now home to a vision built to last.
